  • The Ofgem Code Review: This could significantly change who is responsible for industry codes. Tracey’s team is monitoring this closely to keep clients informed.

  • Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS): 2025 will be a big year for this, and Tracey is already helping clients prepare for testing and qualification.

With the rise in renewables, EV charging, new comms hubs, and technologies like Alt HAN, it’s more important than ever to have systems that are fit for the future.

Innovation is second nature to Tracey, especially when building smart, practical solutions that meet evolving client needs. Right now, she’s developing a client-facing solution to support an existing market role that one of our clients is not yet qualified for, helping them prepare for future opportunities, including those linked to MHHS.

“It’s the creative element I enjoy,” she says. “Thinking about how things can work, how to solve problems, and developing systems that make sense for the people using them.”
